WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

For open edition prints shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your chosen art piece has shipped. Limited edition artwork will be determined on a case by case basis depending on the size of the piece you choose and how far, and by what method, it will be shipped.

* Business Days are Mon. - Fri. We do not print on weekends or holidays. 85% of the Lower 48 experiences shipping times of 3 business days. Due to the pandemic, some carriers have experienced increased shipping times in some cases. In the event this occurs, you would be notified via email. For US territories outside of the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands), please expect a few extra business days for shipping. Please note, orders placed after 10AM EST will go into production the next business day. Please allow 1 additional day if your order placement, production date range or delivery date range falls on one of these holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ART? 

We do our best to ensure your new piece of photographic art arrives in a timely manner. In general, most custom frames are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 business days. Canvas pieces are usually produced in 3-4 days, arriving in 5-6 business days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options do not accelerate processing time. International shipments typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.  

CAN I SHIP TO CANADA/INTERNATIONAL/APO/FPO ADDRESSES? 

Yes. Additional charges may apply. Your art will be shipped USPS Priority International or FedEx, per request.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the original presentation returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We strive to provide our buyers with a very clear picture of your chosen art. With the ability to zoom into images, and features like Wall Preview and Live Preview AR, we do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any artworks damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement caused by shipping damage, please contact the studio at support@kevansphotography.com. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ACQUISITON? 

Unless your artwork has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact the studio at support@kevansphotography.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your acquisition

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND? 

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ARTWORK IF IT ARRIVED DAMAGED? 

For a refund or replacement, please email support@kevansphotography.com and specify the detail of what is wrong with your artwork.  Including pictures of damage is always helpful and appreciated.
